Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that channels universal life force energy—what I call Divine Love—through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient. Originating from the Japanese words Rei (Universal Life) and Ki (Energy), Reiki transcends physical boundaries, making it perfect for distance sessions.​

This spiritual practice isn’t tied to any religion; it’s a loving, supportive energy that flows from Source, God, or All That Is. You don’t need to believe in it for it to work—Reiki meets you where you are, offering healing and balance on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.​

Our bodies are beautifully designed to heal themselves, but stress and life’s challenges can create energetic blockages. Reiki helps to clear these blockages, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. 1. Send your payment via PayPal.​

2. Email me at jenny@psychicjenny.com with your PayPal receipt number and your request.​

3. I’ll respond within 72 hours to schedule your sessions using the email address you provided.​

You can choose to receive your session while you sleep or during a quiet time when you can relax. I’ll send you a text when I begin and end the session.​

Preparation Tips:

• Find a comfortable space to relax—your bed, a recliner, or a cozy couch.​

• Optional: Play soothing music. I recommend Dean Evenson’s tracks.​

• You might feel sensations like tingling, warmth, or simply a deep sense of peace.​

• Drink extra water after your session to support the energy flow.​

As an intuitive, I may receive messages for you during the session, which I’ll share via text afterward. If no messages come through, know that the healing still occurred beautifully.​
